Getting started is easy! We will help you through these simple steps and guide you along the way.

  1. Fill out the form below - enter code VAIL-FREESETUP or VAIL-PPO
  2. Work with your account manager to complete the Spring Systems new customer setup forms.
  3. We will setup your account and connect it with Vail Resorts. Spring Systems will act as your EDI team and take care of all setup, testing, and verification requirements.

* to receive these offerings, orders must be received and processed via the Spring PortalApp system.

Selling is easy with Spring and Vail! When you receive a Vail order you will instantly receive an email notification. The email will include an order summary and link to access your account in our PortalApp. Within PortalApp you can:

  • View & Print order detail
  • Create a shipment (including shipping label)
  • Complete the shipment and transmit detail (e.g. tracking number) back to Vail.
  • Create and manage Items, Catalog and Inventory (or have Spring do this for you!)
  • Link all this data to/from your ERP to streamline your processing.
  • Link all this data to/from your warehouse to streamline your processing.
  • And much more... including reporting, CSV download, automation, warehouse & ERP integration, and hang tag / RFID printing
  • Please ask us about our Full Service offering where we do all the work for you!
