In 2019 we rolled out PortalApp, our new self-service EDI Web Portal. PortalApp contains an abundance of new and exciting functionality. PortalApp functionality improves speed, efficiency and ease of use in many areas. Here’s what’s new with Labels & Packing Slip.
The ability to print UPS and FedEx small package labels directly from the PortalApp.
Improved printing speed. Shipping documents (labels, packing slips, etc) for larger shipments will now be sent to the background for offline processing. This allows you to continue working and be notified when your labels are ready.
Consolidated packing slips. Unless there is a retailer specific packing slip, you will now receive one consolidated pick ticket that groups similar cartons and stores onto one page.
Label sorting for Large Jobs. Do you want your labels grouped by DC then style, color, size? Or do you need the store number to be the first criteria? PortalApp now has the flexibility to define different sorting rules on the fly.
